Our hot water, high-pressure water jetting system is ideal to complete the following tasks:

How we do it

In 2012, County Drains Leicester Ltd purchased a unique high temperature, high-pressure water jetting system – the first of its kind that Rioned UK had supplied within the UK.

Not only can this machine deal with everyday tasks associated with drain cleaning in the commercial and domestic sector, but it can also deal with specialist areas, such as fat and grease removal and hard surface cleaning.

Since purchasing the hot water jetter we have cleaned the drains within a food factory that had not been cleaned for a number of years. Fat and grease had been allowed to build up to such an extreme that, in areas, the drains were 90% blocked. This was causing regular blockages within the factory, which had knock-on effects on production, downtime and cost. 

With temperatures of 85 degrees Celsius being reached, this machine is proving beneficial for us due to its eco-friendly design, and also to our clients, as it is more effective than cold water for specialists jobs such as removing fat/grease and scale. It has also been used to clean out tanks by pressure washing with a lance, cleaning floors and walls, and also for cleaning wet wells and pumping stations.
