What are adoptable drainage surveys?

New developments/projects require a full drainage survey to be completed after a certain period so that the drainage/sewers can be adopted by the local water authority, housing association or council. 

These can vary from small renovations to large developments or housing estates.  All of which have varied timelines for these handovers to take place.  On some occasions, these drains/sewers also require a full clean prior to the survey being completed to ensure that all is clean and in full working order for the CCTV report.
